Product description

Protein-rich wet food for puppies and young dogs. This tasty food is based on the wolf’s natural eating habits. Grain-free and made with premium quality meat, berries, wild herbs and roots.

As full family members, our dogs faithfully support us every day and therefore deserve a species-appropriate diet. Due to their descent from wolves, our dogs are carnivores and omnivores, which has not changed over the course of evolution. That's why Little Wolf of Wilderness has set itself the goal of following the wild instinct of the wolf when developing this food and only uses original ingredients from the wolf's diet in the recipes. Research into the natural eating habits of wolves has shown that their diet mainly consists of meat from a prey animal in combination with wild berries, roots and wild herbs, which are absorbed, for example, through the stomach contents of the prey animal. Since the wolf consumes almost no carbohydrates in the wild, we have kept the carbohydrate content in our food low and have not used any grains.

Little Wolf of Wilderness 6 x 800g
The total proportion of muscle meat and other animal components is at least 66%. Little Wolf of Wilderness' grain-free formula provides easily digestible proteins, fats and vitamins. The mixture of wild berries in combination with dandelion roots and herbs from forests and meadows such as ribwort plantain, nettle and yarrow also provides important vital substances, minerals and secondary plant substances.

Yum - it gets devoured
Our puppy loves this food. It seems to be high-quality and easy to digest. We also give our pup the dry food from the same brand. Just one thing - our puppy farts horribly and quite a lot after having the wet food but not with the dry food.

My sheepdog pup loves it
He eats it up happily and it is very high quality. It smells pleasant but isn't overpowering like some other foods.

My dog thinks it's very tasty :)
Lovely consistency, smells great. We have been giving our puppy these cans since he was 10 weeks old, he tolerates it very well and can't wait to eat it all up.

My husky's favourite food
My dog is 2 now, and I have been feeding her this food since she was a small puppy. She is very fussy but loves salmon flavour and prefers it to all other wet foods, so I keep buying it. I mix with dry and alternate with other flavours but this forms 80% of her wet food consumption. She loves real fish, too - so maybe it is a husky thing.

Bunged up
The food looks and smells great. My little wolf cub wolf's it down. I love that it's in 800g tin as that's her daily allowance making life simple. I was expecting there to be a poorly tummy as I transitioned from a poor dry good to wet... however not only is she extremely lose but by some twist of fate she's also struggling to pass and is needing the loo every couple of hours, and then walks around struggling to get anything out.

My American Bulldog loves this food. He seems to prefer the Duck and Veal best and always eats it all. No problems at all.

Good for huskies, and cats like it too
My Siberian husky is very picky about what she eats, and gone off each type of local commercial food very quickly. She likes her Little Wolf of Wilderness, and we usually rotate flavours and add other things to it to keep it exciting. Her fur is shiny and healthy like a movie star's, and she is full of energy. The added bonus is that our cats like this food too - cats tins and pouches tend to be very small and fiddly, and having this as a healthy backup for them is a time saver. The only flavour of this brand that all my animals refused to eat at all was Arctic Spirit, tinned food with reindeer hearts - it had a strong odour, and it ended up in th bin.

Really impressed
We recently got a new puppy and tried all sorts of different food (Bosch, Lukullus, Eukanuba etc.), but she got bored of them quickly or ended up with diarrhoea. But we haven't had any problems at all with this food. High-quality ingredients, good price and our dog likes it. She's doing really well on it too. No diarrhoea and a glossy coat. :) I know buy Wolf of Wilderness for all my dogs.

Best dog food around.
Usually if something smells good, it tastes good. This dog food smells amazing, i've bought both the duck and the salmon versions and they actually look and smell good enough for me to eat (not going to though) The contents are exactly what it says on the tin and is filled with no room to spare, you can see whats what and compared to most food it looks very appetising. Although slightly pricer working out at around £1.50 per tin, my dog seems to love these and therefor are well worth the price

Would recommend
Hey, I think it's great that this is available in 800g cans. I can keep a can in the fridge and portion out the right amount every day. Our Husky is expecting puppies soon, and I'll be ready when they arrive. Feedback to follow. :)

High fresh meat content
Whenever I'm looking for a wet or dry dog food, it always seems to take a while to find one with a high content of fresh meat. Wolf of Wilderness products have a meat content of 41% pure, fresh meat - I'm so pleased that it's now also available for puppies! More please!
